Meet Angela
For over 18 years, I worked closely alongside executives and leaders in high-performance environments—supporting complex operations, navigating challenges, and becoming a trusted sounding board behind the scenes.
Over time, I realized people were seeking far more than productivity or performance. They were searching for clarity, perspective, alignment, and a space to think honestly about how they were showing up in their lives and leadership.
That realization led me into transformational and ontological coaching, where I now support clients in creating meaningful shifts in how they think, lead, relate, and move through the world.
My work is grounded in deep listening, partnership, and the belief that lasting change begins with awareness.

Ontological coaching focuses not only on goals or outcomes, but on the way we think, relate, communicate, and show up in the world.
Together, we explore the patterns, beliefs, emotions, and ways of being that may be shaping your current experience—so new possibilities can emerge with greater clarity and intention.
Awareness
Lasting change begins with awareness.
We begin by identifying the patterns, narratives, emotional responses, and habits that may be influencing how you move through your life, leadership, relationships, and work—often outside of conscious awareness.
Through conversation and reflection, clients begin to recognize new perspectives and possibilities that were previously difficult to see.
Alignment
As awareness deepens, we explore what true alignment looks like for you.
This includes examining whether your choices, relationships, communication, and daily ways of being reflect what matters most to you and the life you want to create.
The work is not about becoming someone different. It’s about becoming more connected to yourself with clarity and intention.
Transformation
Transformation often begins subtly—through shifts in awareness, language, perspective, and action.
Clients frequently experience greater confidence, freedom, clarity, and self-trust, along with a renewed ability to move forward authentically and create what’s next.
Rather than focusing solely on solving problems, the work creates space for meaningful and lasting change from the inside out.
The Meaning Behind Brave Bird
Brave Bird Coaching is inspired by the symbolism of the Sankofa bird — a reminder that while we can learn from the past, we are not meant to remain bound by it.
In many interpretations, Sankofa represents the wisdom of looking back only long enough to gather insight, understanding, and truth in order to move forward more intentionally.
This philosophy deeply reflects the heart of my coaching practice.
The work is not about reliving the past or becoming trapped in old narratives. It’s about becoming aware of the patterns, beliefs, emotions, and ways of being that may no longer serve you — so you can create what’s next with greater clarity, freedom, and intention.
Brave Bird Coaching exists to support people in moving forward courageously, authentically, and with a deeper connection to themselves and what matters most.
